   The phone arrived as expected given the fact that is renewed, just minor scratches on the edges, but something you could expect from it.
   The only thing I didn't like is that it has 85% of battery health, besides that the phone has been working properly and is unlocked as advertised.

   I ordered this for my father, who works in construction and routinely obliterates phones. He usually buys old phones for $25 or so, but I could not stand him complaining about his janky phone anymore, so I took a risk and bought him an iPhone. I wanted cheap, so I went with the "Good" quality. It's not like he'd notice a few scratches after walking around with a shattered screen for two years, right?

   Well, the phone I received is in pristine condition. It has 92% battery health, which is better than *my* phone. I seriously didn't even want to give it to him, knowing it's just a matter of time until he dings it up despite the case I bought him. If this is "Good" quality, I can't imagine what "Excellent" is.

   Five stars. Excellent value, no complaints, would buy again (and will probably have to at some point).

   I’m so happy with my purchase! This was a great deal financially! I think they definitely could’ve charged more, but instead of up-charging people, they sell them the cheapest out of all the ones I saw available, and it’s not a scam like a lot of sellers out there! Great way to keep customers coming back!! I had an issue with my debit card (my banks fault), I contacted the seller, he responded quickly, figured out the problem and got it solved! My phone was shipped ahead of schedule and was delivered almost a week early!! So far it is in PERFECT condition, the phone is purple as advertised, screen is bright, there are NO cracks or bumps on the phone at all, it feels brand new, literally. I never would’ve known it was refurbished. Battery is at 92% health! (Honestly I thought it would be way lower than that) I had 0 issues switching my number over (this one is an eSIM, my old one was a SIM card) and transferring everything from my old phone to this one! So far I have 0 complaints, so happy with the professionalism, and will definitely use this seller in the future when I’m ready for a new phone!

   Hear me out.

   I was very scared and skeptical about buying a phone (an iphone) no less from Amazon. Though the good reviews outweighed the bad I could not get the bad out of my head. Honestly I'd rather buy a phone renewed than completely new for moral reasons so I decided to take a risk. Knowing my luck with things like this I was very scared. I did lots of research before I decided on buying this phone from the Amazon renewed store sold and shipped by Amazon. The last two criteria was important to me because of the return policy.

   I ordered my phone in purple with condition excellent.

   I received my phone one day earlier than promised. It arrived fastened to an unmarked box. This made me even more nervous because I was hoping for the Amazon renewed box. The phone came with a charging cord. When I powered it on the phone had about 60% battery and was last updated early May of this year.

   So far (1 day) I have had no problems with setting the phone up. The phone came with no scratches or scraps. Battery health was 89%. The speaker works (well one side (not sure if the other is just for decoration or broken; either way idc)). Smooth sailing so far.

   Two things to note. When I was on Youtube the phone froze for a second. I was a little panicked but I just used the power button and all was well again. However it is something I am looking out for. I am praying it is a one off thing though. Next thing, the phone had a note that the screen was changed however it does acknowledge that the parts added to the phone are genuine and compatible with apple.

   In conclusion, I recommend but be careful of third party sellers and do lots of research. All the best.

   This phone is perfect. The battery health is at 100%, and there are no scratches or flaws. It looks and feels like a brand new phone. I purchased it as refurbished in excellent condition, and it lives up to that description. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and plan to buy another one soon for my husband.
