I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition,” and honestly, it feels like I received a brand-new phone.
The phone arrived well-packaged, secure, and clean — not a single scratch, ding, or smudge anywhere. I inspected it very closely under good lighting, and I genuinely couldn’t tell it was refurbished. The screen is flawless, the body looks new, and all the buttons and ports work perfectly.
One of my biggest concerns was the battery, since that’s where a lot of refurbs cut corners. To my surprise, this phone came with 100% battery health — something even many new iPhones don’t always hold for long! That means the battery was either replaced recently or has barely been used. In daily use, the battery easily lasts me through the day with heavy tasks like streaming, browsing, calls, and navigation. No sudden drops or weird behavior at all.
Performance is exactly what you’d expect from an iPhone 14: smooth, fast, no lag, and ready to handle anything. Face ID works perfectly, cameras are sharp, and the speakers are crisp. It also updated to the latest iOS without any issues.
As for the seller — communication was clear, shipping was fast, and they obviously took pride in delivering a quality product. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I essentially got a “like-new” iPhone 14 for a much better price than buying brand new. If you’re on the fence about refurbished, let this be your sign: it’s worth it when you get a seller who takes care of their products. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Excellent condition and price was great! I bought this for my teenage daughter as a Christmas gift. The battery life is great holds 99% activation was simple and easy. No complaints at all. The only thing I did see from other reviews is that there was supposed to be screen protectors and a charger base that I did not receive just a power cord no base. I purchased the screen protector separately and already had another base. Everything else was perfect.
This is a great phone! I really didn’t want to pay full price for a new phone as I am not that invested in having the newest technology. I was able to get my phone set up easily and it works great!
Works really well and comes in good condition. It even comes with a screen protector. Very durable and has great battery life. Pretty easy to set up as well.
No real complaints. Looks beautiful & was definitely worth all that I paid for it. Phone works fantastic & the charging cord that was provided is sturdy, but the way it was packaged and shipped to me was odd. Just a small box and minimal bubble wrap made me think it couldn’t have been what I ordered & I was shocked it didn’t come smashed. No problems otherwise.
